Ooh...love Cracker Barrel lunches--grilled chicken on toasted sourdough!!

What are those flowers? They look like thistles, but I know they aren't?

Jennifer,

They call it sea holly. I found them at a local nursery and boy are they neat. The blue pigment actually starts up their stem first and then moves to the "thistle" part. They are great to dry for flower arrangements!
